Square Mile Capital Management LLC (“Square Mile Capital”) announced today that it has issued two loans totaling $106 million to fund the acquisition of CenterState Logistics, a 1.0 million rsf cross-border distribution facility located in Lakeland, FL, and Lakeside Logistics, a 505,000 rsf transshipment distribution facility located in Plant City, Florida. The loans were granted to a major real estate investment management company.
The financings were arranged by Ed Coco and Matthew Casey of JLL’s Atlanta office.
Square Mile Capital Director Eric Cohen said, “Square Mile continues to seek
financing opportunities for newly constructed logistics and distribution facilities in the
growing markets. These two assets are strategically positioned with immediate access
to I-4 and are positioned to benefit from the corridor’s continued growth and quickly
increase attractiveness for warehousing and distribution tenants.
CenterState Logistics includes 40ft headroom, 238 dock doors and 254 parking spaces
the spaces. Lakeside Logistics includes 36 foot clear heights, 132 dock doors and 303
