CredSpark and Degreed to provide richer set of learner engagement tools and employee skills information

Since 2016, hundreds of Degreed customers have used CredSpark’s assessment and analysis tools to generate millions of data points about what employees know and feel, as well as to identify areas of interest. Degreed and CredSpark have developed a tightly integrated, cross-platform user experience for learning and skills development professionals to engage, understand, and unlock information in Degreed.

CredSpark for graduates users will see additional tools and new product enhancements in August 2021.

With the launch of a new paid offer—CredSpark +, Degreed customers have the option to license a richer set of CredSpark tools. CredSpark + is designed for more sophisticated learner engagement and assessment options, including:

  • embed surveys and ratings in emails and web pages

  • grading / gamification options

  • the ability to organize assessments and surveys in series, recording learners’ progress over time

  • seamless export of learning information to data warehouses or third-party analysis tools
