On November 2, 2022, Streamline AI, a smart admissions platform for in-house legal teams, officially launched with $3 million in seed funding led by Oceans Ventures, alongside participation from Scribble Ventures, Ridge Ventures and other businesses. Led by co-founder and CEO Kathy Zhu, a former commercial attorney at DoorDash, Streamline AI provides visibility and measurement across G&A business units starting with the costliest issue: legal teams. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Streamline AI on the transaction.

Streamline AI’s no-code platform enables companies to optimize processes across G&A business units. The smart admissions platform maximizes efficiency around high-volume application workflows, while solving specific legal issues of data privacy, authorization and control, and measurement. The platform’s AI learns in the background over time, improving processes and streamlining the intake of requests based on best practices and business function.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Streamline on the transaction included Lang Liu and Gloria Liang.
