The study shows that companies that benefited from planning experienced stronger growth in 2020. Thinking about how to move the business forward and aligning with the team on the strategies and vision can help them. companies to pivot and effectively develop innovative tactics when situations change.   • Companies with over $ 1 billion in assets under management continue to prioritize customer acquisition, with digital channels becoming increasingly important. More than half of these companies optimize their websites for lead generation through search engine optimization and content tailored to the personality of their ideal customer and use website metrics and analytics to track l effectiveness of their websites in attracting and engaging prospects. Hiring new talent and retaining existing staff to meet business needs has grown in importance.
